I have been been awake for 3-4 hours Ive eaten 143 Calories but burned 207:) this is à good start! :)
I didnt go powerwalking:( i didnt find a Key to My house:/ so instead i ran up and Down the stairs and Everytime i took One step less. It made me sweat. :D and after that i just step up and Down on the last step 100 times. :)
Raspberrys and banana breakfast.

You slice a half banana And put in a bowl ad some Raspberrys and top with some milk. Easy righ?:)
Now i go for a powerwalk:) why i dont run? I feel pain in My foot:/
Im gonna use this tip everytime i do squats if you can call it a tip:)
So this is me Now:/ Im 84 cm Round My belly and 54 around My legs:/ my weight is 63 kg and Im 171 cm. Hope its diffirense in 20 days!:)
